Dear Friend,

If you’re reading this letter, you may be walking through one of life’s most profound and painful experiences— the loss of someone deeply loved. I want you to know that you don’t have to walk this path alone.

My name is Mylissa, and I am a mother of four. I understand the weight of grief in a way I never wished to know. In 2015, I lost my son Nate at 19 in a fatal car accident. In 2024, my son Luke was taken at 29, also in a car accident. These losses have forever changed me, breaking my heart in ways I couldn’t have imagined. Yet through this darkness, I’ve also discovered resilience, meaning, and a calling to walk alongside others navigating their own grief journeys.

I created this coaching program because I believe that while grief never truly ends, we can learn to carry it differently. Healing doesn’t mean forgetting or “moving on”—it means finding ways to honor our loved ones while gradually rebuilding a life that holds both our loss and our hope.

What I Offer

My approach is rooted in holistic, spiritual, and compassionate care. While my heart especially goes out to grieving mothers, I welcome anyone who feels called to this work. Together, we will meet for six one-hour sessions—either in person or virtually, whatever feels most comfortable for you.

These sessions are yours. You set the pace. You decide what healing looks like. I’m here to listen without judgment, to hold space for your pain, and to support you as you discover your own path forward. Whether your goal is to find moments of peace, to reconnect with yourself, to honor your loved one’s memory, or simply to feel less alone—I will walk beside you with gentleness and understanding.

A Safe Space for Your Journey

Everything we discuss together remains completely confidential. This is your sacred space to grieve, to question, to rage, to remember, and to heal in whatever way feels authentic to you. There is no “right” way to grieve, and you will never be rushed or judged.

Grief is love with no place to go. Together, we'll find new ways to honor that love.

An Invitation

If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. Whether you’re newly bereaved or have been carrying your grief for years, whether your loss was sudden or anticipated, you are welcome here. Your pain matters. Your loved one matters. And so do you.

With hope for your healing journey,
